At Perran Quay, we have a three night minimum booking. During the peak summer weeks, we only accept bookings from Saturday - Saturday (usually late July to early September).
*There is a refundable £100.00 cleanliness and breakages deposit to stay in 'Holywell Lodge'. This will be refunded with-in 14 days, provided everything is left satisfactorily.
